On November 29, 2025 between 17:40 UTC and 23:00 UTC we observed increased error rate on User Identity services which caused issues on login attempts by our customers.
The root cause was identified and incident was mitigated.
On November 29, 2025 at 23:10 UTC we confirmed that our User Identity services were operated without issues.
We are improving preventive measures to avoid such issues in the future.
